Rod damper
DSh-22
Rod damper (DSh-22.000, DSh-22.000-01, DSh-22.000-02, DSh-22.000-03) is designed to reduce dynamic loads in the sucker rod string and prevent the rods from rolling back during the string operation.
The damper is installed in the sucker rod string SH22 in places determined by the customer based on the mass characteristics of the rod string along the length and the technical characteristics of the dampers included in the kit.
Variants of dampers structurally differ from each other in size, stiffness of the disk springs and their installation schemes.
Damping of dynamic loads in the sucker rod string occurs due to the elastic deformation of the Belleville springs.
The prevention of the back off rod occurs due to the possibility of rotation of the upper part of the rod string, located above the damper, relative to the lower part.
The damper is connected to the rod string by means of a stem coupling and a standard coupling MSh22 GOST 13877-96.
The coupling of piston, on the outer surface of which spiral teeth are made, simultaneously performs the functions of a scraper.
