Gate valves ZSH

Purpose:

Wellhead gate valve with metal / metal seal is designed for installation in Christmas tree, used as a shut-off device to completely shut off the flow of the working medium from the well, and valves are also used as part of blowout equipment.

Benefits:

▪ One-piece forged body provides high reliability and minimal dimensions;

▪ The air-tightness of the shutter is ensured by constant compression of the seats;

▪ The gate valves are equipped with an open-close gate position indicator.

▪ the presence of injection and drain valves for carrying out operations on pumping with valves (visual control of the completeness of filling) or draining condensate

▪ execution of shut-off elements made of stainless steels with hardening (chemical heat treatment, surfacing with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloys)

Main technical parameters:

▪ Well environment – oil, gas, gas condensate with solids content up to 25 mg / l, formation water up to 80% by volume;

▪ Climatic modification UHL in accordance with GOST 15150-69;

▪ Placement category I in accordance with GOST 15150–69;

▪ Ambient air temperature from -60 ° С to + 40 ° С;

▪ Working environment temperature up to + 120 ° С;

▪ Shutter tightness class – А according to GOST 9544 – 2005;

▪ Corrosion-resistant design: non-corrosive, corrosive K1 and K2.

▪ It is possible to manufacture with the API 6A monogram according to API standards, 

complete set with electric drives, hydraulic drives and control stations.

▪ full or partial cladding of internal surfaces with a corrosion-resistant alloy

▪ level of technical requirements for manufacturing according to GOST / Safety level according to API: UTT1, UTT2, UTT3, UTT4 / PSL1, PSL2, PSL3, PSL3G, PSL4

▪ the level of technical requirements for performance according to GOST / according to API: UTR1, UTR2 / PR1, PR2

▪ API temperature classes: K, L, P, R, S, T, U

▪ Delivery is possible in material versions K1, K2, K3 according to GOST 13846-89 and AA, BB, CC, DD-NL, EE-NL, FF-NL, HH-NL according to API Spec 6A
